NSCET currently manages a Veda Padashala (Veda patashala), Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Veda Mandalam, offering courses in Sanskrit, Rig Veda, Sama Veda and Yajur Veda. This is a residential school, offering free boarding and dormitory accommodation to all students.
Formal classes have started from May 27, 2009 onwards. The main purpose of the SJS Veda Mandalam is to preserve and teach the value of Vedas to the present and coming generation.
